This is a large, bright yellow sculpture located near the Bethesda Metro entrance. The 1985 sculpture is by Mary Ann Mears, a Maryland artist and the director of Arts Education in Maryland Schools Alliance.

The sculpture is about 18 feet high and 12 feet wide.
